MAC ends season for Raiders with sub-regional sweep
The Three Rivers Raiders baseball team has its season end Saturday at the bats of Mineral Area College as TRC dropped a doubleheader at Capaha Field in Cape Girardeau in the Region 16 Sub-Regional.
The Cardinals had their offense roaring as they took down Three Rivers 6-3 in the first game of the day, then 10-5 in the second game as MAC now advances to the Region 16 Tournament.

Lukas Touma was on the hill for the Raiders and delivered a solid performance as he went six innings and allowed five hits, and two earned runs while striking out six.
The game was scoreless until the Cardinals plated two in the fifth and eventually led 5-0 heading to the bottom of the seventh before TRC got on the board.
Peyton Nelson, Logan McIntyre and Gavin Jansen each had a hit and an RBI in the Game One loss.

In Game Two, MAC jumped out to a 3-0 lead after the first and never gave the lead up.
Dalton Rudd delivered a solo homer for the Raiders with Jansen going 2-4 with another RBI in the loss.
Brady Robertson, Tanner Duncan and Trent Buchanan also had RBIs in the Raiders' final game of the season.
Three Rivers ends the season at 26-27 and 14-14 in Region 16.
